Best Extensions For Fine Hair

Single Beaded pieces versus NBR™ Handtied Wefts

Hello, Beauty!

Today I wanted to share a little philosophy with you. One of the main reasons I started researching Natural Beaded Rows™ Extensions is because I have many clients with fine hair. I wanted to be sure that the method I chose to offer would work for the ladies who really struggled with having fine, flat hair, which typically makes it harder to hide most extensions.

Above, you see individual beaded pieces of hair, and to the right are handtied wefts which I custom colored for my guest's NBR™ transformation. All of those individual pieces are connected to the hair with beads, which are not shielded from the rest of the natural hair.

Individual Beads can cause friction breakage to natural hair, and can twist around

Not all methods work well for all types of hair. My guest pictured above has extremely fragile hair, and the friction from all of the individual beads did cause quite a bit of friction breakage to her natural hair. We removed these extensions, and then completed her customized NBR™ Transformation. With minimal points of contact, with smaller beads that do not create friction, NBR™ was created specifically for guests with fine hair.
